For Maximum Response on Horses in Training
Weighing Between 800 and 1,000 lbs.:
- 1st Feeding - feed 2 heaping scoops
within 45 minutes after exercise
- 2nd & subsequent feedings - feed 1
heaping scoop at each additional feeding in 4 - hour intervals
- Not to exceed 4 feedings per day
The "maximum response" feeding times are used
to maintain the desired amino acid level in the horses' blood
stream. This provides the muscles with a constant flow of
nutrients that were used up during exercise. Muscle response
in much greater when nutrients are provided shortly after exercise
resulting in improved performance. |
